- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx – Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 – Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every pair of shoes you order from us. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be:
- In original, unworn condition (no scuffs, marks, or signs of wear)
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Dress sandals showing signs of wear
- Flat sandals with removed protective soles
How to Return or Exchange

- Reason for return/exchange
- Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)
- Wait for Approval: Our stylish support team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Refund Information

Exchange Information

International Returns
